Where and when will the conference take place?
The CIVINEDU 2019 Conference will take place virtually on October 9 -10, 2019.

I participate as a speaker at the conference. Where can I find the registration form?
Once you have submitted your paper and it has been accepted you will receive an email with the form and payment information for registration.

I participate as an attendant at the conference. Where can I find the registration form?
Please fill out the form that you will find at the Attendant Registration page and you will receive the payment information by email.

What are the registration fees?
Please visit the Registration page for registration information and rates.

How many papers can I send to peer review process?
Two papers per author, either individually or collectively.

What are the accepted paper formats?
Conference accepts full papers or abstracts. Please visit the Submission Guidelines page for further information.

How can I send the virtual presentation for the conference?
One your paper has been accepted the virtual presentation will be sent to: civinedu[arroba]gmail.com by the author responsible for correspondence, before September 30, 2019.

Is the conference schedule available?
Details about the conference program will be posted on our website as they are confirmed. A full conference schedule, including conference sessions, will be available on the virtual platform of the Conference on October 7, 2019.

Is there a paper template I should be using?
All information regarding to templates can be found at Submission Guidelines page.

Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
A certificate of attendance is available following the conference if speakers have a minimum of 3 interventions and attendants a minimum of 5 interventions in the conference forums. For further information, please visit the Registration page for registration information.

What is the cancellation policy for the conference?
Registration fees are refundable, less a 50% processing fee, up until September 9, 2019 and all cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the conference Technical Secretariat: civinedu[arroba]gmail.com. Please note that no refund will be issued for cancellations starting September 10, 2019.
