PROPOSAL Submissions
To submit your proposals, please use the form provided below:
Important note: To ensure submission security, the system requires you to sign in with a Google account (Gmail or institutional). If you do not have one or experience technical difficulties, you can link your current email to Google in 1 minute or send your proposal to civinedu[at]gmail.com indicating in the subject line: Submission Proposal CIVINEDU 2026 and in the body text: Corresponding author’s full name, institution, country, and thematic track (T1. Educational Research or T2. Educational Innovation).

Registration fees
The corresponding author will receive registration instructions upon acceptance. Fees refer to a one-time payment based on the number of authors and papers (up to two).
First paper
- Single author: 125 €
- 2 to 3 authors: 250 €
- 4 to 6 authors: 375 €
Second paper
- Single author: 40 €
- 2 to 3 authors: 80 €
- 4 to 6 authors: 120 €
Speaker registration includes
- Access to invited conferences of keynote speakers.
- Access to all scientific sessions.
- Participation in the conference forums.
- Individual digital certificate of 20 hours of conference attendance (Conditions apply).
- Individual digital certificate per presented paper (up to two).
- Publication in the Conference Book of Proceedings by Adaya Press with ISBN, e-ISSN, and DOI.
