Ethical Guidelines & Malpractice Statement
The conference CIVINEDU and its co-organizing institutions are committed to the highest standards of integrity, following the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE):
- 1. Academic Integrity and AI: All submissions must be original. Plagiarism or self-plagiarism is strictly prohibited. AI tools cannot be listed as authors; if used, their role must be disclosed in the methodology or acknowledgments.
- 2. Transparency and Disclosure: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest. All sources of financial support or institutional funding must be clearly identified in the manuscript.
- 3. Authorship Consensus: All listed authors must have made a substantial contribution and approved the final version. Simultaneous submission to other journals or conferences is not permitted.
- 4. Ethical Oversight: Research involving human participants must confirm compliance with international standards (e.g., Declaration of Helsinki). Data fabrication or falsification constitutes severe misconduct.
- 5. Editorial Responsibility: The Scientific Committee evaluates works based solely on academic merit. All manuscripts are treated as confidential documents during the double-blind peer review process.
This statement is updated for the CIVINEDU Conference and is fully aligned with the ethical guidelines of Adaya Press and COPE.
