Participation & Registration Fees

You can choose between two modalities to participate in the 10th CIVINEDU Conference 2026. First, you may join as a Speaker if you intend to present your scientific contributions. In this case, you should complete your registration after the scientific committee formally accepts your proposal. Please note that the registration fees vary according to the number of authors and the number of contributions submitted (up to two).

Alternatively, you may join us as a Listener. This option serves individuals who do not appear as an author or co-author in any submitted manuscript. This modality allows you to attend all scientific sessions and participate in the forums without presenting a paper. Consequently, you can register now as Listener. Please review the specific fees and certification details below.

  • Full access to all invited conferences and keynote sessions.
  • Active participation in all scientific and thematic sessions.
  • Engagement in the dedicated conference discussion forums.
  • An individual digital certificate of attendance (20 hours).
  • An individual digital certificate for each research paper presented (maximum of two).
  • Official publication of accepted papers in the Conference Book of Proceedings by Adaya Press with registered ISBN, e-ISSN, and DOI.

listener REGISTRATION includes:

  • Full access to all invited conferences and keynote sessions.
  • Complete attendance at all scientific and thematic sessions.
  • Engagement in the conference discussion forums.
  • An individual digital certificate of attendance (20 hours).

Terms and Conditions

Participation as a Speaker

  • Submissions: Authors may submit a maximum of two papers as a primary author or co-author. Regarding the registration fees, the initial payment includes the first paper. If you decide to submit a second paper, you must complete a single payment covering the total amount for both works. 
  • Discounted Rates: Fees consist of a single payment. For a second paper, the authorship must be identical to the first to apply the discount; otherwise, we will apply the standard first-contribution fee.
  • Invoicing: Groups requiring separate individual invoices for administrative reasons should contact us.
  • Certification: Individual certificates are issued per accepted paper. An attendance certificate (20h) requires a minimum of 3 interventions in the forums.

Participation as a Listener

  • Registration is individual.
  • An attendance certificate (20h) requires a minimum of 5 interventions in the forums.

Payment and Returns Policy

Cancellations before March 17, 2026, are entitled to a 50% refund. After this date, no refunds will be processed. All requests must be sent to civinedu[at]gmail.com.

*Note: Bank charges must be covered by the participant. For transfers outside the Eurozone, please verify costs to avoid payment rejection.

Registration is formalized once confirmed by the Technical Secretariat of the Conference.
