Proposals submission guidelines
Before sending your proposal to the 10th CIVINEDU Conference 2026, please review the submission guidelines thoroughly. Moreover, you have the option to submit and present your work in both English and Spanish.
- Title and authors: Max. 12 words in length (English and Spanish). Include full name, affiliation, and country.
- Abstract and keywords: Synthesis between 200 and 250 words in both languages. Include 3 to 5 keywords.
- Length and format: Between 1500 to 3000 words. Font: 12-point Times New Roman.
- Structure: Please check the templates according to your proposal (Research or Innovation).
- References: 10 to 20 sources following APA 7th style. At least 50% from the last five years.
- Visuals: You may include a maximum of two tables and/or figures.

Empirical, theoretical, or experimental studies involving data analysis.

The Scientific Committee and reviewers will apply the following criteria for the double-blind peer review process:
- 1. Originality and Relevance: Each submission represents an original and unpublished work. In addition, it must align with the thematic tracks of the conference while strictly following the provided formatting guidelines.
- 2. Justification and Theoretical Foundation: The work justifies the need for the study, building upon existing knowledge (theoretical background) and/or addressing the resolution of a relevant practical problem.
- 3. Clarity of Objectives: Authors must present objectives in a clear, concise, and measurable manner.
- 4. Methodological Rigor: The methodology or the design of the proposal is appropriate for the stated objectives and presents a robust analysis of results (if applicable to the current phase of the work).
- 5. Impact and Transfer: There is a discussion grounded in the findings and/or a clear practical application is described for the improvement of the subject of study (transfer of results to real-world settings).
Supplementary material for virtual presentation
Participation takes place asynchronously through individual forums assigned to each paper. Furthermore, the organization sets up the virtual space with the work’s metadata (title, authorship, abstract, and keywords). Consequently, the author’s role consists of preparing an oral presentation video with a maximum duration of 10 minutes. Please note that you must only provide the video link (URL). Furthermore, the organization cannot accept direct video files due to system performance guidelines.
