Where and when will the conference take place?

The 10th CIVINEDU Conference 2026 will take place 100% virtually on May 27-28, 2026.

I participate as a speaker. Where is the registration form?

Once your paper is accepted, you will receive an email with the form and payment information. 

I participate as a listener. Where is the registration form?

Please fill out the form at the Listener Registration page.

What are the registration fees?

How many papers can I send to peer review process?

Two papers per author, either individually or collectively.

What are the accepted paper formats?

The conference accepts full paper format between 1500 and 3000 words. See Submission Guidelines.

How can I send the virtual presentation?

Authors can email the link to their presentation to the Secretariat before May 20th. Alternatively, they can upload it personally to the forums once the conference goes live.

Is the conference schedule available?

A full schedule will be available on the virtual platform before May 25, 2026. Please note that access credentials will be sent at least one week before the conference starts.

Is there a paper template?

Templates are available at the Submission Guidelines page.

Will I receive a certificate of attendance?

Yes. Upon completion of the conference, participants who meet the minimum forum interventions (3 for speakers and 5 for listeners) will receive a 20-hour attendance certificate.

What is the cancellation policy?

Refundable (less 50% fee) until March 17, 2026. No refunds starting March 18, 2026.
